Every product listed on our site is handmade or hand-finished by us. Prices, descriptions, and availability may change without notice — but we do our best to keep everything accurate and up to date.
2. Payment
All payments are processed securely through our website. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other listed payment methods at checkout. Orders are not shipped until payment is confirmed.
3. Product Details
Each item is unique. Slight variations in color, grain, or stitching are part of the handmade process — not defects. These small differences are what make each piece one of a kind.
4. Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns on boots, unless a wrong size or craftsmanship defect was sent. Wallets and accessories may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition. Full details can be found in our Return Policy.
5. Shipping
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days, unless stated otherwise. Made-to-order pieces may take longer. Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

7. Liability
We are not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse of our products. Leather products are durable but require care — we recommend keeping them away from excessive moisture or heat.
