Refund policy

At The Grit & Gloss Co., every boot and wallet is built by hand with care, grit, and pride. We don't mass- produce - each piece takes time, tools, and craftsmanship.. Because of that, we keep our return policy simple and fair.

BOOTS

• No Returns or Refunds on boots once purchased.
• Exchanges are allowed only if the wrong size was shipped or there's a clear craftsmanship issue (stitching failure, major defect, etc...)
• Boots must be unworn and in new condition for an exchange to be accepted.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the mistake was on our end. 

Wallets

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery (unused & original condition).
• Custom items: no returns, but we'll fix any craftsmanship issues.
• Refunds go back to your original payment within 3-5 days after inspection.
• Sale and clearance items are final sale.
• 90- day craftsmanship guarantee- we'll repair or replace if it falls under normal use.
