At The Grit & Gloss Co., every piece is made and packed by hand. We do our best to get your order out quick, safe, and ready to use.

 

Processing Time

• Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
• Custom orders may take longer — typically 2–4 weeks, depending on the project.
• You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Methods

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
• We primarily ship through USPS and UPS.
• Local pickup in El Paso, TX is available upon request (email us first).

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the carrier’s care — but if your package goes missing or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at thegrit915@gmail.com. We’ll help file a claim and make things right.

International Orders

We currently ship within the U.S., but international shipping may be available upon request. Reach out before ordering to confirm rates and timelines.
